The customization process

At ALCINO, our biggest goal is for the customer to have a light, exclusive and memorable experience. What you envisioned for the customized piece will be fulfilled in the smallest detail. We listen, advise and execute. These are the steps of our process:

Step 1: Custom design in-person consultation
Bring us a drawing, a picture or even a description about the story you want to tell. At ALCINO we have experts who will accommodate your wishes and support you in selecting the color, features and shape of the piece.


Step 2: Prototyping
After, we will present you a first draft. You will have the opportunity to review the proposed sketch and together we will make sure the design of the piece translates your vision.


Step 3: Production
At this point, we will trust your customized piece in the hands to our artisans. This process requires technical skill and attention to detail. We want to ensure that you dream is being fulfilled.


Step 4: Delivery
Straight from our silver workshop, we will hand deliver the final product to you. At ALCINO we value the dialog and close relationship from the first contact.
